orders are placed using Stripe. click the box on the right hand side of the product page and select the size and colour of the item that you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. view your cart and continue the checkout process which is all governed by Stripe.
it is possible to place an order for ScUFFS by telephone or by email and to make payment by Paypal or bank transfer. if you wish to place an order this way, please phone us on 01252 711679 or email info@scuffs.biz to discuss.
we aim to have items on our website available for delivery within 3 working days. all orders are subject to availability and as ScUFFS is a small business offering handmade items, products may be withdrawn at any time. if an ordered item should be withdrawn or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and within 3 working days of receipt of your order. we will then advise you when the item will available and/or offer you the opportunity to order an alternative product or cancel your order. in any event, we will endeavour to keep our website up to date at all times.
your order will be processed within 3 working days (and often on the same day) of receipt and you will receive an email confirmation.
ScUFFS postage and packing is charged at £2.00 for 1 item and £4.00 for 2 items or more.
ScUFFS will notify you by email when your order has been despatched. This will normally be within 3 working days of the order being placed.
ScUFFS are sent via the Royal Mail's First Class postal service. according to the Royal Mail, first class mail is aimed to be delivered the next day, but please allow up to 3 days for delivery.

similarly, if you have a tight deadline and wish to receive your goods more quickly, please contact to discuss.
Please note that fleece colours are only as true as our colour descriptions and limitations of photography, light conditions and different computer screens allow. please also note that our suppliers may occasionally vary the fleeces that are available and that different rolls of the same colour of fleece may differ marginally in colour and texture. if buying a combination of ScUFFS in the same colour, we will endeavour to supply matching items made from the same roll of fleece, but this may not always be possible.
to check a colour or if you need a specific match, please email us at info@scuffs.biz to request a free fleece sample before placing your order.

in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return your unworn, unused and unwashed ScUFFS within 14 working days of receiving your goods. in this event, you will be refunded the full price paid for your ScUFFS and the original delivery charges. refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and within 30 days of the day you inform us that you wish to return a product.
ScUFFS that have been removed carefully from their packaging will still be accepted, but please return the packaging alongside the item.

ScUFFS are handmade to the highest standards but very occasionally mistakes are made. in the unlikely event that you discover a defect in your ScUFFS on receipt of your ordered item, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately (T: 01252 711679 or E: info@scuffs.biz). ScUFFS will replace your item without quibble and if you have to return it as a result of a defect, all costs will be refunded in full, including the original delivery charges and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us. if requested to do so, please ensure you return the items to us as soon as possible, with a covering letter giving details of the defect.
our ScUFFS business is too small to be VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT on purchases.
we use Stripe as our online payment processing system for ScUFFS online sales.
the ScUFFS logo is trademarked to Penny Walters.
